Packaged travel is the most affordable way to go, but if you need group hotel rooms, theme park youth group tickets, group dining options, Broadway tickets or anything in between, contact us and we will spend time with you showing you the best, most-convenient and affordable options available.

From the first conversation to the moment you arrive back home, we’re with you every step of the way.

Planning:
When you first reach out, we take the time to really get to know you—your likes and dislikes, budget, trip goals, and past experiences. From there, we create a customized, no-obligation proposal. We’ll fine-tune it together until it’s exactly what you’re looking for, then move forward to the contract stage. -
Booking:
Once your deposit is in, we take it from there. We handle every detail—hotels, airfare, charter coaches, tickets, meals, and everything in between. All you need to do is keep an eye on your payments; we’ll take care of the rest. -
Travel:
When it’s time to hit the road, we don’t just send you off—we go with you. Unlike many companies that rely on outside tour guides, one of the same GTC team members you’ve been working with will be right there on your trip. That means you get consistent, personal support, and if anything comes up, your GTC rep is there to handle it immediately and on-site.

How Do You Handle Trip Costs and Budgeting?
As mentioned above, long before you sign the contract and send a deposit, we have spent time with you determining the travel budget, the payment scheduling and overall process. We are very transparent by informing you of the deadlines, costs and potential pitfalls of what happens throughout the planning process. It is for this reason that once we agree, unless your group size changes or you decide to add trip elements, we will provide everything at the agreed budget.
