From the moment we start communicating until the day you arrive back home, we are there for you.

PLANNING: When you first contact us we learn about your likes/dislikes, budget, trip goals, past experiences and then custom-design a no-obligation proposal.   We refine the proposal to meet your needs and then move on to the contract stage.

BOOKING: Once deposited, we handle it all…the hotels, airfare, charter coach, tickets, meals and everything else built into your custom trip.  You simply keep an eye over the payments on your end and we handle everything else on our end.

TRAVEL: The trip has begun and, unlike many other companies that hire independent tour guides to periodically meet with you, we travel with you.  Yes, one of the same staff that you have worked with for months in advance is actually on your trip to ensure you receive everything you were promised and expect.  If there is a challenge, your GTC Rep will handle it on-site and immediately.

As mentioned above, long before you sign the contract and send a deposit, we have advised and customized the right trip at the right budget.  We are very transparent by informing you of the deadlines, costs and potential pitfalls of what happens throughout the planning process.  It is for this reason that once we come to an agreement, unless your group size changes or you decide to add trip elements, we will provide everything at the agreed budget.
