Our Online Payment Portal

WeTravel is an online payment collection system designed specifically for group travel.
This system is also a messaging system that allows us to maintain communication with the group throughout the planning process.

How to Register

Your group leader has been provided a link for the parents and guardians of all youth travelers to register for the group's specific trip. You will only use this link one time to register.

Once registered, the account holder will use their login information (email and password) to access the payment portal.
NOTE: Students should not register themselves but need their parent or guardian to do so.

Making Payments

After an Account Holder has registered, in their web browser, they will go to www.WeTravel.com to log into their account by clicking on the "Sign In" button at the top right corner of the page. Then they will enter their email and password to access the account.

If a user has forgotten their password, after entering the email click continue. On the next page (below where the password is entered) is a "Forgot password" link.

Important Information: Communications Through The Online Payment Portal

When you are registering your student (or yourself) to travel, it is important that you provide an email that you regularly check. All notifications (trip updates, changes, payment reminders, payment receipts and more) will be sent to that email.

Additionally, after receiving your confirmation email from the portal, please add the WeTravel email address to your safe-sender list so that messages are no put into your Spam or Junk folders.

If purchasing a plan from another provider, you will need to see their website or contact one of their agents for more information, coverages and premiums.

I need to cancel my trip and make a claim. What do I do?

If you purchased a policy through Travel Insured International:

    • Locate your policy documents. These were sent to your email as soon as you paid.
    • Contact our office in writing so that we can document the date and time of your cancellation.
      • Our office would then send you the needed letter of cancellation that you will need to make the claim.
      • We can look at the Travel Insured web portal to verify the type of policy you purchased. If you purchased their coverage with CFAR protection, we will prepare the letter they will need from us for you to make the claim.
    • Contact Travel Insured and let them know that you are cancelling your trip.  They will be able to explain what information you will need to file the claim.

If you purchased a policy from another provider, you will need to contact them directly for instructions on how to make the claim. We are glad to provide whatever documentation they may request.
