As parents ourselves, we understand the need for a flexible payment plan and payment options for our child(ren)’s school activities. In-order to ease the payment process of your child’s trip, we are offering the option to make payments via PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted by PayPal. NOTE: A PayPal account is not required to make a payment.
Please Note: All payments made by credit card will be charged a 2.9% Administrative Fee. As you make your payment today, please add an additional 2.9% to the payment amount. If for any reason you do not add the 2.9% Admin Fee to today’s payment, we will deducted this Administrative Fee from your payment made.
You may avoid the Administrative Fee by mailing a check to our office at: Group Travel Consultants, 8902 Compton Shore Lane, Orlando Florida 32829. When mailing the check, please indicate the name of the school and the traveler in the Memo area. Note: Any checks returned due to insufficient funds will incur a minimum $35 fee and this fee will be added to the travelers account.
